Congressman John Conyers Jr. Submits Censure Motions
Congressman John Conyers Jr. (D-MI) is seeking an investigative body to determine whether the President committed impeachable offences.
Congressman Conyers Jr. has also introduced a motion in the US House of Representatives to censure US pResident Bush and vice pResident Cheney for providing misleading information to the US Congress in advance of the Iraq war, allowing torture of prisoners both in Iraq and Guantanamo Bay, and other major provisions.
- Resolution to create investigative body to determine if offences are impeachable;
- Resolution to censure President George W. Bush;
- Resolution to censure Vice President Dick Cheney
I hope that the world over we will take similar serious steps to issue arrest warrants to bring Bush and Blair and their criminal gang in front of the International Court for War Crimes.
